
Ezeagu, in a groundbreaking initiative to tackle youth unemployment, the Executive Chairman of Ezeagu Local Government, Dr. Vita Ndu, has partnered with RED Foundation in collaboration with Jobberman and Mastercard Foundation under the Young Africa Works (YAW) Project program. This partnership aims to equip young people in Ezeagu with essential skills and access to business and job opportunities.
As part of this initiative, a two-day training program will be officially launched on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the Ezeagu Local Government Headquarters, Time: 10:00 AM. This training is designed for youths between the ages of 18 and 45 and will focus on soft skills development, enhancing their employability through Jobberman Nigeria and the Mastercard Foundation.
Dr. Ndu has extended an open invitation to students and youths in Ezeagu to take advantage of this free training opportunity. Participants will receive professional guidance and resources to improve their career prospects. The sponsor will reward Participants with outstanding output with instant job placement.
The training will run from March 27th to 28th, 2025. Interested participants are expected to be present for the flag-off ceremony. This initiative underscores the commitment of Ezeagu Local Government to youth empowerment and economic development.
