
In a move aligned with his administration’s commitment to infrastructural development, the Executive Chairman, Ezeagu Local Government Area, Dr. Vita Ndu, today inaugurated a six-man committee charged with overseeing land and housing development projects across the local government.
The initiative, which is in fulfillment of one of his key campaign promises, is aimed at driving sustainable development and stimulating economic growth within Ezeagu. Dr. Ndu emphasized the importance of the committee’s role in ensuring proper planning, execution, and monitoring of land and housing-related initiatives.
Speaking during the inauguration, the Chairman reiterated his administration’s resolve to deliver transformative projects across all sectors, stating: “We are determined to unlock the full development potential of Ezeagu, and this committee will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for our future growth.”
The inaugurated committee members include:
Ozor Engr. Luke Mammel – Chairman
Engr. Victor Udeani – Secretary
Surv. John Emenike – Member
Hon. Donatus Nwafor – Member
Barr. Princewill Agu – Member
Engr. Ambrose Eze (HOD, Works) – Member
On behalf of the committee, the chairman, Ozor Engr. Luke Mammel thanked Dr. Ndu for the opportunity to serve and assured the public of their commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity in the discharge of their duties.
The committee is expected to begin immediate consultations and assessments as it lays the groundwork for significant land and housing projects that will benefit Ndi Ezeagu.
