Dr Vitalis Chinedu Ndu EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, EZEAGU LG
Dr Vitalis Chinedu Ndu, born in Enugu State, Nigeria is a Lecturer, researcher, management consultant and administrator.
He is a graduate of Chemical Engineering, holds a PH.D in Management and lectures in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Administration, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.
His research interest includes, but not limited to, Strategic and Quality Management, Organizational Behaviour, Micro and Macro Economics and International Business. He has publications in international journal in areas of Quality Management and Economic Development, and has attended many International Conferences.
Dr Vita Ndu comes from a renowned royal family where his leadership abilities were formed. His father was also the former Executive Chairman of Ezeagu Local Government Council. His elder brother, H.R.M. Igwe Emmanuel Ndu [Igwe Odera], the Igwe of Umana Ndiagu kingdom remains one of the most celebrated kings in Igbo land.
Dr. Ndu has held several leadership positions, such as
President, Student Union, Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), 1997/98;
Deputy Chairman, Ezeagu Local Government, Enugu State, Nigeria, 2008-2011. He was also a 2 time Special Adviser to the former governor of Enugu State, His Excellency. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.
Before assuming office as the Executive Chairman of Ezeagu LGA, he consulted for both the public and private sectors of the Nigerian Economy.
He is a Catholic Christian faithful and is happily married.
